A recent commission of the Dark Knights home turf... Gotham City

Gotham City, Bat- Man's home turf. Writer Bill Finger, on the naming of the city and the reason for changing Batman's locale from New York City to a fictional city, said, "Originally I was going to call Gotham City 'Civic City.' Then I tried 'Capital City,' then 'Coast City.' Then I flipped through the New York City phone book and spotted the name 'Gotham Jewelers' and said, 'That's it,' Gotham City. We didn't call it New York because we wanted anybody in any city to identify with it." - Courtesy of Wikipedia

This print measures 26" x 19" and is made of two prints of 13"x 19"

Each print has been printed on a somerset enhanced velvet Paper (mould made of 100% cotton, this radiant white paper yields exceptional depth of color with a true velvety fine art texture. The surface of the paper becomes an inherent part of the finished print, without overwhelming the image, but adding a fine art element to the composition.) with Archival Ink.

I use this paper with the combination of the archival inks because it gives me the ability to include some incredible detail. If you get this and you notice some creases, please don't panic! They're added in there as a designed element and is part of the piece.

The Print Set is an Open Image set, all images will be personally signed by myself and come with a freebie and will be shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

*I'm sorry, Frames are NOT included.*
